Junior Litigation Attorney (Temp-to-Hire)

Hybrid/Remote Flexibility | Financial Services & Bankruptcy Litigation

Our client is seeking a Junior Litigation Attorney to join their growing team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a solid litigation foundation who may be between opportunities, looking to transition into a new area of law, or seeking a more flexible and supportive work environment.

The firm offers a laid-back, collaborative culture, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to develop specialized experience in financial services and bankruptcy-related litigation. Once training is completed, there is significant flexibility with a hybrid or remote work schedule.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of general litigation experience preferred
  • Open to candidates with 5+ years of experience in financial services-related roles
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quick thinker who is confident, adaptable, and coachable
  • Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with the team
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with bankruptcy litigation
  • Background in financial services litigation
  • Exposure to creditor rights, collections litigation, foreclosure, banking, or commercial litigation matters
